What does "endurance coaching" mean?Endurance, by definition, is the ability to withstand difficult (and potentially unpleasant) situations. In the context of sport, this is a highly individual term that could mean working up to running your first 5K, marathon, or ultramarathon. Endurance coaching can also be applied to other challenges in life such as training for a hunting/backpacking trip in the mountains while living in an area unlike the destination. It is my experience that increased endurance in the physical realm also carries over into all other aspects of life (work, family, etc.)
