I (Coach Dan) am an endurance athlete, engineer, husband, and father. I know the challenges of training for endurance challenges amidst a busy personal and professional life. As your coach, my mission is to meet your needs. Period. Below are the two standard coaching packages I offer that provide different levels of support. If you don't see what you need here, please contact me and I would be happy to customize a coaching plan just for you and your unique needs.

Essentials Endurance Coaching​:

 

$175/month

What's Included:

  • 45-minute Coaching Calls (virtual) 1-time per month

  • Coaching communication (email, text, call) 1-time per week

  • TrainingPeaks Premium plan (coach paid)

  • A unique training plan optimized for your goal races/adventures and balanced with the demands of your everyday life (3-4 week blocks)

  • Annualized training plan to provide a long-view of training periodization

  • Updates to training plan up to 1-time per week (minimum one week in advance)

  • Daily emails outlining the training for that day, delivered at your preferred timing​​

  • Strength training schedule advisement (strength training specifics can be added on).

Concierge Endurance Coaching​: 

 

$275/month

What's Included:

  • 45-minute Coaching Calls (virtual) 2-times per month

  • Coaching communication (email, text, call) up to 3-times per week

  • TrainingPeaks Premium plan (coach paid)

  • A unique training plan optimized for your goal races/adventures and balanced with the demands of your everyday life (2-4 week blocks)

  • Annualized training plan to provide a long-view of training periodization

  • Updates to training plan up to 3-times per week (minimum 72hrs in advance)

  • Daily emails outlining the training for that day, delivered at your preferred timing

  • General guidance on gear, nutrition, hydration, event-strategy, etc.

  • Strength training schedule advisement (strength training specifics can be added on).

Strength Training Add-on for Endurance Coaching​:

 

$100/month

What's Included:

  • 1-3 strength training workouts per week, balanced to support your endurance training

  • Guided exercises through TrainingPeaks

  • The same support as is included in your Endurance Coaching plan (meetings, communication, etc.)

  • Periodized strength training plan included in Annual Training Plan (TrainingPeaks)
