Concierge Endurance Coaching
3-month Contract - $600

I (Coach Dan) am an endurance athlete, engineer, husband, father, etc. I know the challenges of training for endurance challenges amidst a busy personal and professional life. As your coach, my mission is to meet your needs. Period. My singular offering for endurance coaching is comprehensive, simple, and customized on an individual basis with no add-ons or up-selling, no onboarding fees, and no gatekeeping. Support and expertise from a UESCA certified ultrarunning coach who is deeply invested in your success, and is intimately familiar with the challenges of balancing training and life

Training philosophy, backed by sound principles and supported by the latest research, organized to improve your endurance performance and quality of life

A training plan that is flexible and adaptive to your busy schedule, and doesn't compromise your highest-priority responsibilities such as faith, family, etc.

Daily emails outlining the training for that day, delivered at your preferred timing, allowing you to be proactive in optimizing your daily schedule

A strength training schedule designed to complement your endurance training and keep you balanced

An accelerated learning curve, along with specific details on why and how training is structured, that will empower you and facilitate success in your endeavors

Accountability to your past, present, and future self, and to those who deserve the best version of you in the here and now

Easy, accessible, and unlimited communication with your coach to guarantee you are well-suited to overcome challenges that arise in training, racing, and life

Support in setting challenging goals, along with the tools and strategies to accomplish those goals

Confidence in knowing that you can voluntarily do hard things and be successful without compromising on your principles or responsibilities

Strategic support in your goal-event execution in the form of pacing, nutrition, hydration, crew/pacer logistics, travel/meal considerations before/after event, etc.

Experience in overcoming the desire to give up when your mind and body want to quit

An understanding of how to approach large challenges, how to prepare for multiple in-event scenarios, how to care for your physical well-being in the short- and long-term, when to use different mental strategies to facilitate progress, how to keep going and never give up, and more.
